Upon receiving your order, please take the time to open and inspect all items. If you notice any mistakes, kindly reach out to us via email within three days of receiving your order. We are ready to assist you, but please be aware that we cannot address issues with flawed or missing items weeks or months after delivery.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us via email shopmagiclee@gmail.com within three days of receipt, so we can assist you promptly.
We do not cover items that have been used, show signs of wear and tear from your belongings, or are damaged by the client or others. As a small business, we operate with limited resources; therefore, we do not provide open-ended exchange or replacement policies.
Returns and Exchanges
Given the unique nature of our custom and handmade products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Therefore, all sales are final.
