Ready to Ship (RTS) Items

Processing time refers to the duration needed to pack and ship your order. For items that are ready to ship, the current processing time is 1-2 business days. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, it will be held until all items are available for shipment. Remember, one order number equals one shipment. To receive your ready-to-ship items more quickly, please place separate orders. After you receive notification that your order has shipped, allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

Made to Order/Custom Items

Processing time includes the duration required to create and ship your order. For custom, made-to-order items, the current processing time is 5-10 business days. If you place an order that includes both ready-to-ship and a made to order item, your entire order will be held until all items are prepared for shipment. Remember, one order number equals one shipment. If you would like your ready-to-ship items sooner, please consider placing separate orders. After receiving notification that your order has shipped, kindly allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

Pre-Order Items

Processing and shipping times for all pre-order items can differ. Please check the listing details for the specific pre-order item you are purchasing to find the shipping timeline. Shipping Rates

All orders are sent through USPS or UPS. We do not set shipping fees, nor do we profit from shipping fees. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout and calculated based on your specific location, item packaging, and total weight.

Order Status

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please note that, in some instances, it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become accessible.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

MagicLee is not accountable for items that are delayed, returned, or sent to an incorrect address by USPS.
